Our Family Stories
One time, we wrote stories on the computers for our famiy and friends to read when they came to "Family & Friends Night." We told about why our family members and friends are special. We told about funny times, awesome trips, and family traditions. We put our stories in a scrapbook for everyone to read -- and we put them here, too!
I live with my mom, dad, and brother named Juan. Once I scared my brother and it was in day light. I was in the closet and I wasn't making any noise and then my brother opened the door of the closet and then that is when I scared him. Both doors were closed and when he opened the doors I had my eyes crossed and he yelled, "Oh Zombie!" Yesterday he scared me back. The dog was barking and we thought it was because there was an oppossum in the yard. So we got a flash light and while we were looking my brother was behind us and made a scary noise like an oppossum.
I went to Disneyland with my family a long time ago. We got on the rides and we bought some souvenirs. I like spending time with my family. I felt good to be with my family.

My favorite aunt is Bridget and my favorite uncle is uncle mike.
My grandma lives in Pico Rivera, I visit her on weekends. My
aunt Bridget takes me places and we spend the night at her house.
On Holloween she is taking us to a party.
A favorite time of mine was christmas when I was six. My Aunt lived next door to us and she curled my hair and gave me presents. She gave me barbie dolls and a bike. Another favorite time of mine was when I was nine and my mom took us to Disneyland for the first time. I remember going on Snow White, Peter Pan and Small World. I liked how on Snow White, the witch would peek through the window and I also liked the dolls on Small World.
Every year on christmas, my family comes to our house and we eat Enchiladas and exchange presents. We have doen this for as long as I can remember. My tia, my auntie, and my grandma and grandpa come over. My cousins come over too and we play a marble game.
A place I have been to that I had fun at was Hollywood. I went with my dad. We went to see the houses that movie stars live in. My dad bought us sun glasses and we also ate at a resturant there. We also saw a black limosine. I was excited to see the movie stars houses. my dad also bought us some big pretzels that were really good. I like to spend time with my dad because he takes me to alot of differant places.
I live with my mom. I love her because she takes care of me and because she is my mother. My mommy is funny because she dances and I dance with her too! my dad lives in Long Beach and he takes me to the zoo all the time. We go to the Los Angeles Zoo and my favorite animals are the tigers. I'm a member of Cubscouts and went to a carnival with them. When we went I won a brown hammer!!! Something funny that happened when I went to my grandma's house my cousin was running around dancing. Everyone in my family loves to dance. Another funnything that happened was my grandma was dancing around in circles. She made everybody laugh!!!
THE PEOPLE THAT I LIVE WITH ARE MY FAMILY. THEIR NAMES ARE MARIA (MY MOM), MY SISTER LETICIA, MY LITTLE SISTER ANNA, AND MY BROTHER JOSE. HIS NICKNAME IS ROCKET. SOME OF MY FAMILY LIVE IN NEW YORK AND TIJUANA. WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT ALL OF THESE PEOPLE IS THAT THEY ARE NICE TO ME, AND THEY BUY STUFF FOR ME AND MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. ESPECIALLY MY MOM, THEY ALWAYS GIVE HER FLOWERS.
I went to Henderson, Nevada. I went to go see my grandmother get married. It took me 5 hours to get there. We rented a car and a van I drove in the car. I went with my aunt, my dad, my mom, my 2 brothers and my sister, and my other uncle. When we got there, me went to my grandmother's house. It was hot and very dry. Even when it is night, it is hot there. After the day was over, we ate. The next day, my grandmother got married. We also had fun going to the casinos in Las Vegas. From my grandmother's house, it was only a short drive to Las Vegas. There I played in the arcades with my aunt. This was a really fun vacation for me and my whole family because I got to be with my family and I got to see Nevada. It was also fun because I used to live in Nevada and so I got to go back and visit for a little bit.
Yo me llamo Jose y vivo con mi mama, mi papa, una hermana y un hermana. Mi mama se | llama Yolanda pero le llaman Maria. Mi papa se llama Raul y mis hermanos se llaman Lupe y Raul. Yo y mi familia vivimos en un departamento en la ciudad de Whittier. Una de las cosas que me gustan mas de mis padres es que siempre me regalan hugetes y dulces. Lo que me gusta de mis hermanos es que me dibujen cosas. Los que me gusta hacer con mi familia es ir a diferentes puestos. Por ejemplo, me gusta cuando vamos todos al Denny's y al Peter Piper Pizza. A mi tambien me gusta mucho jugar con mis hermanos y mis primos. El resto de mi familia vive en Mexico. Antes todos viviamos en Mexico pero nosotros nos movimos.
I live with my sister, Chelsea, and I live with my mom. Aunt Janice and Uncle Berry are real special to me, but they're really not my aunt and uncle, I just call them that cause they're real close to me. I know them from my mom a long time ago; they're my mom's friends. My grandpa lives in West Virginia. I talk to him on the phone. And my step grandma, Mary. I have never met them. I like my mom cause she's not like regular moms. She's funny.
Antes yo vivi en Argentina. En Argentina tenia amigos. Siempre me levantava temrano y iba a jugar con amigos. Jugamos afuera en la vereda o andamos en bicicleta. En Argentina las mamas eran mas amables porque te cuidaban y aca trabagan hasta la noche.
MY MOM AND MY BROTHER AND ME LIVE IN WHITTIER IN APARTMENTS. MY AUNT BUBBLES LIVES IN KENTUCKY WITH MY COUSIN MICHELLE. MY MOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND SPECIAL BECAUSE SHE BUYS US LOTS OF PRESENTS FOR CHRISTMAS AND BECAUSE SHE LOVES US. MY AUNT IS BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE SHE LOVES US A LOT AND I GUESS THAT'S IT. MY MOM IS INTERESTING BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T FORGET US AT PLACES. SHE IS VERY NICE TO US AND IF WE GET IN TROUBLE SHE WILL NOT HIT US.
I live with my mom, named Margaret, and my dad, named Paul, and I have two brothers, named Henry and David. I also live with my two sisters, and one of them is my twin sister, and their names are Paulina and Sylvia. My oldest is David and he is 23 years old (yesterday was his birthday). Then comes my brother Henry and he is 16 years old, and he will turn 17 soon. Next comes Paulina, she is 10 years old. Then comes Sylvia and me, Sophia, we are both 9 years old.
I like being a twin. Sometimes when we get into trouble, my parents yell at the opposite twin. Sylvia has bigger feet than I do, but we can still fit into the same clothes. She also has bigger hands than me. Sylvia was born before I was, so that makes me the baby of the family.
I have been to Disney WorId in Oriando, Florida. I went with my parents and my two sisters. We went swimming in a Mickey Mouse shaped pool. We went went last year, we go there a lot. It was vey exciting and I did not like spending time with these people. They annoy me.

I went to Las Vegas when it was summer time. It was a family trip for my Uncle's wedding. My counsin Andrea lives there with my Aunt and Uncle and Igot to see them too! It was a lot of fun. We played board games and went swimming in the pool. It felt good in the water because it was so hot in Vegas! I can't go back to Las Vegas for Christmas with my aunt and brother.
We went to Disneyland. We went with my brother and sister and mom and my mom's friend. We went on most of the rides, but we didn't go on Splash Mountain. We went on some rides 2 times. We spend most of the time eating than on the rides. We had a good time.
I have went to disneyland. I had fun. I went with my mom and dad and sisters and brother. I went on a lot of rides. I went on rollercoasters and I liked the merry go round the best. I felt sad because my twin sisters didn't get to go. I got to by cupcakes and I bought toys. I had a good time with my family.
